Once you have ordered your product online, we know you will want it in a hurry so we’ve teamed up with Australia Post Eparcel to offer next business day delivery from dispatch date for all Australian capital cities and major metro areas.  Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days. For a full listing of how fast we can get your exciting package to you and information on all the areas not covered by this service , check the Australia Post site (all orders originate in Melbourne).

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

We are unable to provide item returns, refunds or credits except to the extent required by the Australian Consumer Law.   

However, we will allow for the exchange of items that are in a resalable condition for the same item in a different size subject to stock availability in the specific store. This also applies to online purchases (in store exchange only).

If the relevant store does not have the size, we are unable to grant an exchange for a different item or provide a refund.

HOW TO TRACK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER?

Once your product is packed and dispatched (this will happen at our earliest convenience after we receive your order within reasonable amount of working days), we will send you an email, with a unique tracking code for you to track how far away your order is from your door. You can copy and paste the code on the Australia Post website.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THE ORDER ARRIVES?
We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, Australia Post will leave a card with a unique barcode which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch and pick it up.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER AND HOW CAN I TRACK IT?

From dispatch date it should take 2 business days to reach metro areas. Please allow 3-4 days for more rural areas. You can copy and paste the code on the Australia Post website.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAX AND DUTIES ON MY ORDER?

Your order may incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within New Zealand. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into New Zealand.
