Once you have ordered your product online, we know you will want it in a hurry so we’ve teamed up with Australia Post Eparcel to offer next business day delivery from dispatch date for all Australian capital cities and major metro areas.  Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days. For a full listing of how fast we can get your exciting package to you and information on all the areas not covered by this service , check the Australia Post site (all orders originate in Melbourne).

When checking out online, select Click & Collect as your preferred delivery option. By selecting Click & Collect, you will see all collection services where there is stock.


Select your nominated store that you would like to collect your order from. At this point, check the service type for Click & Collect.


Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email letting you know to head in store for collection of your order.

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll send you an email confirming that you can come in and pick up your parcel.
To avoid disappointment when visiting your store, it is important that you await this confirmation email.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

To collect your items, please wait until you receive your confirmation email before heading in store to pick up your order.

Please bring a copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email (or on a copy on your smart phone) with you, as well as photo identification.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE COLLECT MY ORDER?

You may nominate someone to collect the order on your behalf.
When collecting the order, the representative must supply a copy of the confirmation email and photo identification.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

You are welcome to exchange or refund your click & collect order at any Roger David store.

Please note that any click & collect order purchased with PayPal or Afterpay can only be refunded through our online store, using our online returns process.

HOW TO TRACK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER?

Once your product is packed and dispatched (this will happen at our earliest convenience after we receive your order within reasonable amount of working days), we will send you an email, with a unique tracking code for you to track how far away your order is from your door. You can copy and paste the code on the Australia Post website.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN THE ORDER ARRIVES?
We want to ensure your parcel will arrive in great condition and securely so if you are not at home when your package arrives, Australia Post will leave a card with a unique barcode which you just need to take to the nominated Australia Post branch and pick it up.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER AND HOW CAN I TRACK IT?

From dispatch date it should take 2 business days to reach metro areas. Please allow 3-4 days for more rural areas. You can copy and paste the code on the Australia Post website.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY TAX AND DUTIES ON MY ORDER?

Your order may incur duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within New Zealand. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into New Zealand.
